Yours was not placed because the beans are not adults. Once they have their adult refs done, they can breed.

It shouldn't be that big of a deal when handling with younger refs, Shiverice has already claimed that both dragons are now full grown adults. ouo; Though then again I imagine it shouldn't be too much trouble to create adult refs, just saying. xDD
