Sorry, we have quite a few artists at the moment. You could become a guest artist if you'd like to, though! Guest artists can create up to 3 fancy cats for people to adopt.

You may create up to 3 Fancy Cats
Only one rare cat (Included in the 3 Fancy Cats limit)
