Uhh I have a question.

Where does the money go for Custom Kalons? Does it go to the artist who created it, is it divided between the artists, does it even go to the artists at all?

I've just been wondering, and I don't know where else to ask this.

I have a question. Basically all my image links just broke because the hosting site I was using is down. What are you supposed to do if this happens to your archive update posts and such, breaking all the proof and links to reference images? I don’t know if the archive has been updated yet. Do I need to somehow fix it?

Never mind, my images/links are back, but I would still like to know what the policy on this would be.

Best solution would be to back them up on a secondary site (such as imgur or sta.sh) just in case, so you still have them if the site eats the dust. (that way if it breaks more permanently you can easily replace the urls with one that isn't junked.)

No one is avoiding this question. What happens with the money has been spoken about before, sometimes questions just fall through the cracks and don't get answered for any number of reasons. To answer your question though yes, the money goes to myself, Karmel, and [a small portion] to the creator of the species. Kalons do not make enough to make it worth while to also split the profits with the staff members. To combat this [because we value the staffs' work deeply] it was implemented that staff members are allowed to sell the MYO slots/items they get for their monthly activity.

It would greatly appreciated for you not to assume we are ignoring a question for some nefarious/underhanded purposes or to imply such.

Like Jiinxed said, sometimes questions just get skipped without any malicious intent (and some staff genuinely don't have the answer on hand, as the topic itself isn't discussed often enough for some to keep it in their mind). uvu
