I'm just worried my form got passed over and if that meant I should just start looking for a premade cat for my founder. Sorry to bother! I'm just excited to get a clan up and running! <3

Founders are picked up at the artists choice. So whatever form sticks out to an artist as one they wish to take, they claim it. We do keep a running list of all founder forms posted to help prevent anyone from slipping through the cracks. We aren't perfect but I do see your form on our list.

How do we know when our level up form has been accepted/seen?
I don’t think my Clan is in the archives at all yet, but I’ve already submitted a form to go up to level one but don’t want to continue if there’s an issue or anything?

I post on the archive thread when I update the archive. It is whenever I have time. If there is an issue, I will contact you when I update the archive.

Quick question regarding the archive, can you consider yourself the next level immediately, or do you have to wait until it is updated?

Since I do not update the archive daily, you can consider yourself the next level immediately. HOWEVER, if I check your form and you do not have the tasks completed up to my standard, you will be asked to edit it and resubmit your level up.
