Can people that do not have a rune or elkrin yet play?

Yes, you are allowed to play and find tokens like anyone else.
If you do not have an Elkrin then you may keep the token for later use for when you do win one, or gift it to someone instead.
The token Commander found was also a tea token that I forgot to take down yesterday but will still count it since it was my fault.
This means there are still three tokens of mine left for you guys to find.

I think I'm going to hang onto it for now... maybe until I find an elkrin that fits with The Commander, I figure anything of hers would have to have some kind of mark/item xD
