The breeding cooldown is four weeks, (28 days). Please try to only ask questions that aren't answered on the first post here or the Nursery page.
Not every WtD is going to be special.
Please don't demand things like this, as Skuliax said, it is spam. You may suggest things but it should be kept in the fanclub.
You get more Whiptailed Dragons by winning them. Having FCFS contests is the artists choice and should be kept to designs that they don't care about that much, but the whole point of a normal contest is that it goes to the best owner.
WtD #100 will come out on it's own time, please be patient, there are plenty of other WtDs that need homes first.
