If there are line edits I'd suggest a decent pay for line edits and an artist who understand major mane edits I only mainly do Minor edit not very big if look through I done 2 mane edits

but I didn't get in trouble for the line edits did first one for a custom and 1 for myself to keep
but I'd just suggest someone who can do the line edits

Yes, the cutting the mane shorter was fine, for a couple, I think it's just more the idea of turning the shetland into a breed that it's not. If it's a dun with a cut mane that's also a shetland, that's fine, I don't think we have color restrictions here. Long story short, as long as it remains a Shetland it's probably fine. Though shetlands naturally do not have the thick, heavy mane that can natural stick up. While they have thick manes, their hair is pretty loose and it'd have to be cut very short to stand up.

But I think it's fine. XD SBA, if you feel like you should, contact teresa about it.
