Ft. Liquidor
All of the parties and his final show on this romantic holiday are finally done! After putting in hours to practice and sorting through the invitations to what parties he'd actually go to, this city living boy is more than ready to relax and get out of the mood. Since he's single, he'll go out and buy 70% off boxes of chocolate for himself and head home.
Nothing gets you out of the Kalontines day stress like treating and spoiling yourself. Li will plan a hot bath, a list of his favorite movies to watch through the day and a delicious dinner. Being a dancer for any holiday is horrible on the muscles and the mind; learning a whole new routine and getting it just perfect. Not to mention his boss wanted him to lift a girl into the air; so he had to build up the muscle to withstand that... He'll take about a week off of work to rejuvenate and settle down before booking his next bit and starting the stressful cycle over for a new holiday. Easter...

Fresh off of the hype of Kalontine's Lenny is glad to have put that dreadful holiday behind him. He had spent the night of Kalontine's watching romantic comedies with his bowl of ice cream for company. His parents, Zia and Casey, had left for the night as they had gone to have a candel lit picnic at Zia's childhood park. Finally alone, Lenny pulled out a beutifully decorated card shaped into a heart. This was a special card to him. It was the card for the one girl he could never stop thinking of.

day 7 writing;;
Honestly, Rin has been out if the Valentines spirit since it began. He doesn't believe in true love or having a specific day to call out all those single folk. However, Rin couldn't really complain. He adored chocolate, and flowers were very appealing to the eye. He may or may not have lowkey stolen from a ton of stores and flower shops. To settle down, Rin stashed away a few boxes of chocolates. {Though putting them in a different container. The heart shapes were too "lovey" for him.} He swept the last few fallen petals of his roses into the dustpan and threw them away, still admiring the deep red color of the soft flower. Finally, the world would have peace after this horrendous holiday.

Jaime stared out her window and sighed. "Well...maybe next year." She dropped the Kalontine Card on her desk and leaned against her bed. She looked into her mirror and smiled a toothy grin. Of course! There will always be next year! It isn't like Kalontines Day will never come back! She jumped up and stared at the card she had made for her crush. Smiling she shook her head and placed it gently inside her desk. She walked downstairs and started to take the decorations down from her walls. She had just had a party with her friends and they all told her that she should tell her crush she likes him, but she feels that he won't like her. Frowning she took of the last decoration in her kitchen. Placing them in a box she shoved that thought away quickly and smiled as she looked around the room. "It's going to be fine! Don't go getting depressed or worried about something that may not actually be true." She took down all the other decorations and placed them in that same box happily and pushed the box into her closet full of different decorations for different holidays. Looking around her home she smiled and walked out into her living room. Just as she was about to sit down her doorbell rang and she slowly walked to the door. She opened it and walked out. "Wagh!" Suddenly a waterfall of roses fell on her. She was buried in roses and next to her was a box with a note on it. She "swam" through the roses and picked the note up. It said --

Mystery wrote:For you my heart flew,
    I love you...
    The beauty of your smile,
    Makes it all worthwhile.
    Roses and love notes,
Hoping they et your heart afloat.
    I had feared
    But maybe next year?

She smiled at the poem and looked around to see if there was anybody around. She couldn't see anyone and shrugged and walked back inside. She pushed all the roses in her home and decided she would go to the hospital and give a bouquet to every patient. There were enough and she didn't know what to do with the roses in her home anyway. She opened the box and it held chocolates and a smaller box with a note attached. She picked the note up and read it. It said --

Mystery wrote:You got my note. As well as the roses.
But what you don't know is that you have captured my heart.
Kalontines Day was so lonely without seeing you.
I keep saying maybe next year. Maybe next year.
    So I ask,
    Maybe next year?
    -Mystery Kalontine-

She smiled and opened the smaller box. She gasped and held the bracelet she had gotten. It was a silver chain with hearts that intertwined allowing it to be closed together. She put it on and stared at the beauty of the bracelet. She began to wonder who would send such lovely gifts to her. She then shrugged knowing that next year she will find out. As she put the roses in the different vases she had she kept repeating to herself, "Next year. Next year. Next year."

(introducing glenn)

glenn's eyes fluttered open as the sun's bright rays shone in her room, brightening it up to reveal a sleepy kalon on her desk with a lot of scrunched up papers. she sighed and rubbed her tired face shaking her head before returning to what was supposed to be her desk but is instead her writing place. glenn has been trying to make some fantasy romance stories to cheer herself up a bit after having to say goodbye to amorette. humming to herself a sweet tune before getting a new paper and trying to brainstorm some ideas.

a good couple of minutes later, she found herself writing a short paragraph about a prince finding a lost princess and not long after that has she found herself writing what seems to be her 4th paragraph, doing good so far.. glenn thought stretching her arm a bit. the story later on became of how the prince and the princess were going to get married but soon did the princess find her true 'princess' and ended up marrying her and never regretting it while the prince fell for a his knight in shining armor. glenn smiled brightly at her story and put it on the side of her desk, planning on making more for future reading.

Using Abria

I can't believe Valentines Day is already over! Abria thought. Seemed like just a few hours ago that she was helping her kids get ready for the day. Picking up her recipe book, she walked over to the baking cupboard and set the book inside, then picked up the container holding the cookies she had made. She couldn't believe there were any left at all, considering the fact that her kids were basically cookie-crazy. "Addilynn, Hadlee, Kyoto, come grab a cookie!" Abria yelled across the house. Might as well try to get rid of them while they're still sort of fresh. The three kids came running into the kitchen and ragged grabbed a cookie from their mother. "Thank you!" they all said in unison with their mouths full. I guess I should get to work on cleaning up this mess. She looked around at the walls. They were each covered in heart cut-outs and pink and red streamers. There were cookie crumbs everywhere, and Abria spotted a trail of crumbs where Hadlee had just been. She sighed and, picking up the broom, she started to sweep up the small pile on the floor. Maybe they'll be better at cleaning up their own messes next year.

what do you mean its over?!?! its not over until the party ends!!! and after all you have to have a after party!!! you know! for the ones who didn't find a lover for the day! the after party is mostly for the kids and it seams to just be a nice time to hang out! but its still very important to everyone! its tradition!!! the only catch is you at least have to be 3 1\2 foot tall

Day 7 (Art)
Sasha pulls aside Amorette. She knows that she's been working her butt off, so before the pink kalon departs Sasha declares a dancing session. She hopes it'll help Amorette unwind.

Day 7 (Writing)
The TV was on.

Dropping the box on the counter, Sapphire sauntered towards the worn couch and studied the screen, one paw gripping a smooth black bar.

Lifting the remote, she flipped through the available channels. Disney. Disney movie. Crime show. Cop show. Cop show. Sports. Sports. Sports. Spo-

She heaved out a sigh, dropping listlessly onto the couch. Another year, another failure. Perrin still would not ask out Peninnah, no matter how she cajoled acne pleaded and planned. She herself could care less around romance; looking back on it that was probably a good thing, seeing as no one wanted to be her valentine this year anyway. What luck.

Stretching across the arm of the couch, she reached blindly for the box without removing her gaze from the screen. Finding purchase against the edge of the red container, she pried open the lid and dug in her paw. The sweet scent of chocolate filled the air, and she popped into her mouth as she flipped through various cooking shows.

There was always next year.

Day 7:
Image

I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry.
I screamed my apologizes to Adelaide in my head as if a drill sergeant was hoarsely wailing at me to run faster. I skidded down the road, my heart pounding faster. I was late. Again.
You see, I was late to many things, my high-school graduation, my first job interview, and my Grandma's funeral (Which happened to be accidental). But this was almost catastrophic that I was late. It was Valentines Day yesterday, and for once I had someone to celebrate it properly with. But I screwed it up. To the only person that completely terrifies me.
People around me were seen taking down their heart decorations and putting them up. But they always seemed to stop and look at the frantic lady speeding down the street with a hoard of goodies wrapped in her winter jacket. Probably looked like someone forgot Valentines d-- Oh wait.
Adelaide's door came into view. And I wished it wasn't in view. I stopped in front of it, my breathing growing heavier and heavier. I stared at the door, zoning out to the view of the wood grain.
Run, Run, Run, Run.
No wait
Run
Stop it, your her girlfriend
I don't care. Run.
I snapped out of it in a ruffle. My lungs tightened, and my stomach curled. With a shaking hand, I slammed the door bell.
The few tense seconds scared me even more, but I believe the lock almost made me lose my lunch. "Aneta!" Adelaide yelped, her voice loud. I seized and almost threw my arms up, but realized what was in my hands. "Don't kill me please." I stated blankly in a worn out and squeezed voice. Adelaide and me held an awkward stare before Adelaide sputtered into a laugh. She wheezed lightly as I stood immobilized. She stopped and dragged me in, closing the door and turning on the lights. I set the presents down and sat uncomfortably on the couch, my back and legs prepared to start running if knifes came into play. Adelaide walked out with a small bag, it was smooth, but still disturbing. She handed it to me, before jogging over to the kitchen, and coming back with a few chocolates. She sat by me and anxiously watched the bag, scooting towards me to open it. I cautiously opened it, using my left hand, instead of my right for fear of something in it. Last thing I needed was the inability to write out what happened.
I opened the bag, slowly taking out what was in it. A cool touch grasped my feelings, along with a rough and smooth texture. It was wooden handle, around a bronze blade. It was a small switch knife, and probably not exactly the best to assassinate someone.
I opened the knife up to see a small engraved message that was hidden in the vast pale orange glow.
"kocham Cię"
"I love you"
I smiled lightly, setting my head on Adelaide. I think we sat there for maybe an hour or so, just talking. Adelaide told me of this jerk who took the last of the beef patties, and how she tripped him into a car. It was nice, and peaceful.
It was one of the best Post-Valentines Day I ever had.

Day Seven Prompt: Valentine's Day is now over. Say goodbye to Amorette! Write about what your kalon does as they get out of the Kalontine's spirit.

Giselle
Another work day - paws stained from bath bombs, glitter in her fur, and bitter sweet smells wafting off her.
If you asked the young kalon how her valentine's day was, she'd consider it a success. For Giselle this means the following;
- Sales were through the rough both the week of, and day of, valentine's day
- No major catastrophe happened in store
- Her shift was short, sweet, and to the point
- At some point in the day, chocolate must've been involved

But, now, as Wednesday rolled in, the hype was dying down. Other stores may be having candy sales and decoration clearances starting up, yet Giselle was left with a normal, somewhat busy, typically loud, storefront. "The face mask delivery was this morning," she commented, checking over the notes behind the desk. "What else for the day?" Among her to-do list was the task of cleaning up all the heart-shaped bright pink decor (the valentine's day ones, not the other year-round pink furniture in the beauty store).

WIth scissors and trashbag in hand, the tall woman flitted about the store. She reached up here or there to snag every paper doily or fluffy heart, and with each satisfying plop of another item in her bag, Giselle came closer to finishing her task. The little chores and errands of the store kept her mind busy, preoccupied with whatever was next on the list. It brought some calm to the chaos. Once done, she walked out towards the back door - where a small loading dock and alley were - to throw out the trash.

"How was your valentine's day?" a voice asked. A newer coworker was leaning against a corner of the store, enjoying his smoke break in the calm afternoon light. Giselle strained to recall his name.

"A success" she chimed, tossing the trash out simultaneously.

"I don't mean how the shop went," Bentley chuckled. "How was your valentine's day?" he repeated.

"Oh. Um, uneventful I guess," she paused. With but the briefest of looks, she returned into the store. The day's shift was almost over, and her apron was hung back in her employee locker. Flickering her tail with some annoyance, thoughts preoccupied with work, Giselle couldn't imagine why that kalon cared so much. Truth is - he probably didn't. But, as a self proclaimed workaholic, she hadn't gone out much as of late. It didn't strike her till just now that the courteous response would've included a "and how was your valentine's day". Or that her stammering wasn't the best sign of her happiness. Glancing at her mostly bare locker, she muttered to herself "Maybe I should get out more..." before packing up and heading home.
