I'm sorry Spiritstar, but that is basically like requesting a custom which is not allowed. If you really want a custom you're going to have to be more active and look for the opportunity rather than asking for people to alert you of the fact. There have been various competitions/adoptions to get a custom in fact. So just give it a try and see how it goes.
