Hello! I have a question about the legendary feather edit I got from the lunar new year raffle!

I’m planning on making a kalon with it and was wondering what all exactly I could do with it? Assuming it only effects a small part of the body, would I be able to use it on the head/neck to make a feather mane along with the little feathers on top of a peacock’s head? That being said, would changing an antire part to have feathers (ex: a feathery tail) count as gene splicing instead?

How come ability of flight/levitation is still a legendary trait? As it doesn't affect appearance as far as I know?

I've had this question on my mind for a while, but
haven't seen an ('complete') answer.
The Nursery Artist and Artist search are closed, but
are we allowed to continue making designs, as like
a way of practice? I still would like to practice in
my designing skills as an artist!
