I'm sorry customs are not aloud. It has been clearly stated above. Please feel free to try out for one of the ones available. If you have an idea please suggest it in the fanclub! :)

Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

We are not looking for artists at this moment. Guest artist positions open up every now and again,please feel free to try out when they open up.

Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.

Please do not be rude. They won it fairly. everyone has different tastes. All you can do is try your hardest at another. Further comments like this will be reported to the admin.

I'd look for proof of traced. Contact the user via pm and tell them they need to give credit to the artists who drew lines or take down if fraud and proof

Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

We are non biased everyone has a chance.

oh deer, darling!

Why should you be a mod?:
well, im currently a mod for flyin' puffball adopts, and i have modded my own adopts plenty of times. i also mod a few fanclubs, and past roleplays. i check the fanclub and main thread very often, practically every time someone posts. id love to contribute to this gorgeous species in every way i can.

i believe that as a mod, i can be kind, while still enforcing the rules. i mean, we wouldn't want to scare people away!

Sample Situations:

im sorry, but customs are not regularly available at plumerian adopts, but occasionally there are events where you can get one, like the custom raffle going on right now. if you would like, you may try your luck at that!

Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

currently we are not accepting artists at plumerian adopts, but if you try back later and guest artist positions are open, you can try out, but there is no guarantee that you will get the job. good luck, though, and thank you for the interest!

Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.

that is a rather rude thing to say. how would you feel if you won, and someone said this to you? plus your form was not a waste, you gained experience. please dont say things like this again, or i will have to take action.

tracing isnt only against the rules, its also theft. please take this down immediately.

Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

please dont complain and spam like this, but the staff dont have a better chance at winning a plumarian than anyone else does, if you feel that the judging had a bad problem, feel free to contact a staff member.

Yay, I love unicorns :"D

this is irrelevant and spams up the thread. you are getting a strike, and please dont do it again, or i will have to take action.

Mod Qualities;;
    I am qualified to be a mod for many reasons. I've worked the staff position for a while now from Administrator to Global Moderator on a lot of role play forums such as TFP or ITD. Also counting popular game forums, I've had my fair share of moderating time. The amount of time I'm on ChickenSmoothie is around three to ten hours depending on what I'm doing ( I do five 4-h projects and am busy in the evenings Wednesday, Tuesday, Friday, and sometimes Saturday with the addition of community service ), but that doesn't mean I still can't moderate.

    For moderating style, I like to keep things over PM mostly. It helps cause less embarrassment for users and doesn't make it public to those who scrutinize others BUT there is at times when users ignore PMs and/or have too many to see it so depending on how serious a situation is if I'll reply or forward a message. I like to get things out of the way at first and state what rules has been broken, and what, if they can, do to fix it. After that I end on a high note with a nice comment to hopefully mend any wounds given to avoid any future drama with staff.

    I think I would do well in this moderator position mostly because of my personality. Experience is experience, and usually you just need to have been responsible of something in your life time to have had it. But, then it comes down to the wire. I'm frequently involved online in ChickenSmoothie and I am calm when handling situations where I must make a serious decision. I don't act out while online which would give you guys a better staff image, and am all about fairness. I hate personal perks for people who haven't done anything to achieve their goal and will always try to the best of my abilities to nip these sort of problems in the bud before they get out of hand. I'm willing to also help members as they go along and not at all against being messaged about people's problems. On that topic, my inbox is organized. With this, I can easily handle messages sent to me and will deal with them accordingly ( Mostly first come, first serve on this, but if a problem is serious enough I'd be willing to drop everything and step in ).
Sample Situations;;
    I liek these can I plz have a custom of my fersona rainbow sparkel
    Customs are not allowed to be requested or made as stated under the rules. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, but may I suggest that you look under the main page for open Plumerians? I'm sure the artists would appreciate you entering their contests, and you never know, you may find your dream Plumerian. :)

    Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?
    Please refrain from asking for a staff position as stated under the rules. Of course, there will be staff positions that become available in the future, and we ask you wait until they do open before you begin trying to enter our staff team.
    Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.
    CRIES
    You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;
    Please refrain from whining and/or guilt-tripping our artists' about not winning a Plumerian. Our artists are working hard to get out adoptables for the whole CS community and would appreciate if people respected their work. As they say, there are other fish in the sea, and as such, there will be more Plumerians for adopt. Hope you have a nice day and that you do win a Plummie in the future.
    -insert traced picture-
    I drew my plumie, yay! o v o
    Please do not trace others' images. While your Plumerian looks beautiful, I'm sure the artist you traced from is not very appreciative, and we would respectfully like you to take this down BUT we have many giftlines to choose from that you CAN use floating around the fanclub where I'm sure you can draw your Plummie on.
    Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/
    Please refrain from whining and/or guilt tripping our staff on contest threads as stated in the rules. We, the staff, have an equal chance as everyone else do to the fact that our artists are taught to not be biased and if they feel they cannot uphold this, we ask that they bring in guest judges. If you still feel like the contest will be heavily biased, I can see what I can do to help you and the other contestants.
    Yay, I love unicorns :"D
    Image
    I would ask them not to spam our threads with non-related topics, then ask them to remove their post and replace it with something Plumerian related.
Thank you for giving us this chance to become staff and reading my form. May the best win.

Why should you be a mod?: I have past experience of peer moderation on a Minecraft server (as a chat moderator :D), and watching my little cousin for my aunt. I have also been a mod on a number of other threads here and off-CS. I own a species called Shrimp Cats, and the Tumblr blog I own for them is here.

    Mon amie, je suis desole! (That's 'my friend, I am sorry' in French :D)

    If you would look at the rules, it says that we cannot do customs unless you are on staff. Maybe you'll find a Plumerian that looks like your fursona? Who knows, you might find one you LOVE! In that, I wish you best of luck.

    But sorry, I, or the artists, cannot do a custom for you.

Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

    I'm sorry, but we aren't accepting guest artists at the time! :D

    But, when the applications are open, feel free to try out! Good luck!

Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.

You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;

    First of all - your form wasn't a waste! Personally, if I judged, I would of picked your form, mon amie! I loved the colors you used! The history and personality were well done as well! The name is CUTE!

    Second of all - I don't believe artists are biased at all. It's against the rules for an artist to be biased! D:

    Third - Please don't say that. D: What if you won this Plumie and someone said that to you? How would you feel about it?

-insert traced picture-
I drew my plumie, yay! o v o

      After searching around and finding out it was traced without permission...

    I'm sorry, but this is not your original art. This is traced from here. According to the image posting rules of Chicken Smoothie, it specifically states that you cannot post traced art. I'm sorry, but I'll have to report you to the moderators.

Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

    Please don't post things like this, it's gonna bring everyone down. D:

    Here at Plumerians, staff are not allowed to be biased for or against anyone. Everyone applying for the Plumie has an equal chance.

Yay, I love unicorns :"D

    Please do not spam the thread! May I suggest posting the image in a revalent thread? I request that you please change the message to something Plumerian related. :D

Merci, mon amie, for the chance!
Thanks, my friend, for the chance!

Do not ask for customs,they're only for staff,
and even if by chance you could get a custom somehow,you should at least ask in a different way.
but,customs aren't for public,so please,do not ask for a custom.
Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

Please go reread the rules,they say,do not ask to be staff,so that means,you can't be an artist,unless there'll be an artist competition,but there isn't one,so you can't be an artist.

Why should you be a mod?:
I haven't had much experience moderating on Chicken Smoothie, but I've been a Moderator on various Minecraft servers. I have to prevent people from caps abuse, help new people out and look at any 'griefing', which is people who destroy other people's creations or steal their things. I give people warnings, then - if they are spamming or begging for staff- I mute them. If they grief or hack, I ban them. Although I hope I will not have to take such extreme measures here at Plumerian adopts, I thought I'd mention that I have before and can in the future give people warnings, strikes and even bans if it comes to that level. I believe that I would make a good mod at Plumerians because I have had serious experience where there are only a handful of moderators to handle a whole server, which is almost like a website. Don't let you think this means I will strike/ban people unfairly, however - I always try and give people lots of chances to redeem themselves if their breaking of the rules was clearly accidental or less serious.

I try and moderate in quite a friendly way, doing my best to remain approachable and very much part of the community. However, I am able to be stern when I need to be.

I am on for atleast 1-2 hours everyday, around 4-5 hours on weekends. However, school does come first for me. I will PM you if I have exams ect before hand so you will get plenty of warning if I may be inactive. I will still take my Plumerian Moderator position seriously, however - it will come above most things online, and I will generally be an active mod both here and on the fan club.

Hi there! I'm glad to hear you like Plumerian adopts. However, I'm afraid that we don't do customs to non-staff members unless they have been won in events. You are very much welcome to look through the Plumerians we have available to adopt and see if one takes your fancy, though!
Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

Hello! I'm glad to hear you like Plumerians! I'm afraid artist positions aren't open at the moment, though - keep an eye out as I'm sure they'll be some open in the future c:
Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.

I'm sorry that you didn't get this Plumie, but please don't try and guilt-trip the winner. It was the artist's decision, and whilst I'm sure you put a lot of effort into your form, they worked hard on their form too! And there are plenty more Plumerians out there, so I'm sure you'll find another one you'll love.
Let's just congratulate the winner and hope you have better luck next time c:
-insert traced picture-

I'm guessing this is a really obviously traced piece based off the original Plumerian lines c:
Hi! I'm glad to see you're giving your Plumie lots of attention and art, but tracing and art theft is not allowed anywhere on Chicken Smoothie, so I'm going to have to ask you to take it down, or report your post.
However, there are lots of gift line arts you can colour you Plumie in on for free without tracing - why don't you give those a try?
Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

Don't worry, everyone has the same opportunity to win a Plumerian, whether they're staff or not. If you work hard on your form, you'll be in for just as much as a shot as they are!
Yay, I love unicorns :"D

Sorry, but this sort of thing isn't allowed here - it's not really related to Plumerian adopts and it's rather spammy. However, you can always put that in your signature so everyone can see it wherever you post - that way, you can post things that are on topic and still share your love for unicorns!

Why should you be a mod?: (past experience, how much time you have online, your personal moderating style, why you think you'd do well, etc ... Convince me!)
I'll be online very often; most of the time until school starts back, and can check back every few minutes or hours to this thread. I will also take my job seriously and not take advantage of my being a staff member. When telling someone to stop doing something, change their wording, etc., I will try to make myself clear, while trying to make sure that the other person doesn't get offended.
Sample Situations:
\\sorry I'm bad at these//
I liek these can I plz have a custom of my fersona rainbow sparkel

I'm sorry, but Plumerians are a closed species, which means we do not make customs. However, you may do two other things; 1, enter an event for a custom (currently none are active) or suggest a design to an artist. You must realize though, there is no guarantee that you will win an event, and no guarantee that an artist will accept your suggestion, and if they do, there is no guarantee you'll win the plumie they create.
Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

I'm sorry, but we are not accepting artists at the moment. However, in the future, we might have a position for you. If that is the case, there will be a form to fill out on the main page.
Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.
CRIES
You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;

I realize you may be upset about loosing a plumie. Many people have felt the same thing! On the other hand, it is wrong and inappropriate to post hateful statements. Artists are never biased towards a certain user, and everyone has the same chance at winning a Plumerian in each and every contest. Guilt tripping is also considered selfish, and you might've hurt the feelings of the winner or the artist by posting this! Instead, no matter how upset or angry you may feel, try to stay positive; congratulate the winner! And who knows? You might win next time!
-insert traced picture-
I drew my plumie, yay! o v o

That's great that you're so happy about your Plumerian, but tracing the original lines is a form of art theft! However, you may draw your plumie freehand, request another artist to draw your plumie, or even color in our amazing gift arts! Please take this picture off. If you don't take it off, we have the right to give you a strike and possibly report you!
Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

Please don't think this way! I assure you that all of our artists are fair, and treat everyone the same, therefore everyone has the same chance of winning! They even pretend that the staff member isn't a staff member at all! Even if they win, this is just a coincidence.
Yay, I love unicorns :"D

I'm sorry, but on this thread, this could be considered spam. It's a great thing that you love unicorns, however this might not be the most appropriate topic for this thread. I suggest talking about Plumerians, instead!

plumerian adopts ♥ Mod search!

Why should you be a mod?:
    Past experience (online);;
      I've moderated for a couple of species here and there, including Glimmer Snails, Light Collectors, Mini Maned Mammoths, and one or two others. I haven't moderated for anything "big", but I have observed mods from popular species to see how they work and look at their styles (JMDs, JBDs, Kiamaras, etc.).
    Time spent online;;
      Too much |D
      I usually get on using my iPod within five minutes of waking up. Then I'm on my computer basically the rest of the day.
      During the school year, I have a much more lenient schedule than most, as I only go to school two days a week.
      I will warn of absences before leaving, and will also place it in my signature.
    Personal style;;
      Having observed other mods and had some particularly diverse swim coaches, my style is professional, but understanding, forgiving, and willing to guide.
      When people spam on the main adopts, I usually PM them, so that they can remove the post for no harm done.
      Calling somebody out on something may be structured like pointing out of wrong --> comparison/reference to rules --> how they can fix it --> offer of help (critique on form, how to delete post, help with developing own art style).
    Real life experience;;
      I feel that real life experiences could and should be weighed in as well. It's a lot easier to lose your temper face to face than online, so why not use it here?
    • I am the oldest of four children in my family. Having three little brothers (and being the only girl) takes a lot of patience, leniency for grammar mistakes, and weird/immature/weird stuff.
    • I'm the president of a Venture Crew. Peer mediation through and through right here. I have to keep a bunch of other teenagers on track, mediate any fights, oversee all of the drama- and that's not to mention the fact that they don't always take me seriously.
    • Karate instructor (to little kids). Here you have to keep 19 ADHD 5, 6, and 7 year olds on track. Patience and positive reinforcement are the key here.
    • I also happen to be a swim coach's daughter, so there's a flock of kids on our team that look up to me as a coach. I answer as many questions as I can, but always redirect to one of the coaches when I can't answer a question.
    • On Monday, I'll be gone for a week long camp course called National Youth Leadership Training. I won't get back until next Saturday. All week will be spent learning how to lead in real life, which can then be turned into online moderator skills. I'm back from the camp.
    • I have completed the National Youth Leadership Training. NYLT is a weeklong course, and I learned how to set goals, resolve conflicts (without bias or creating more drama), both lead and teach using EDGE (explain, demonstrate, guide, enable), and many other skills that I feel would help me with being a moderator for Plumerians.
    Other;;
      I have no qualms about making a PM folder just for Plumerians.
      I have dyslexia, so I'm sorry if I sometimes spell Plumerians wrong ono
      I have a photographic memory, so I can remember when people have committed previous offenses (or the same offense multiple times).
      I haven't lost my temper on CS yet. I've been here for a year and a half. I've recently been hit with drama after I was gifted a JBD, so I now screenshot all evidence or copy and paste it for future reference.
Sample Situations:

I liek these can I plz have a custom of my fersona rainbow sparkel

    Unfortunately, the rules (which can be found on the front page) do not allow for custom Plumerians to be made. However, you can occasionally win a custom through events! Events and the rules can all be found on the front page.
    For future reference, please try to use proper grammar, as it is a lot more appealing to read. c:

Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

    I'm sure you'd have great designs, but Charchar isn't looking for more artists right now. Try using the "bookmark" button found at the bottom of the page so that you can track the topic for updates. Occasionally, we have guest artist applications!

Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.
CRIES
You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;

    -through PM with CharChar included-
    Please don't guilt trip the artist and winner(s). It's very rude, and doesn't improve your image in the artist's eyes. Please remove this post.
    Just because you lost doesn't mean your form was a waste. If you pushed yourself, you improved, and you'll be better for next time.
    If you'd like, you can always PM me for critique, ideas, and help on your form. I'd be happy to help.
    ------
    If the guilt tripping is bad enough or the user is not compliant, I will report the post. The staff of CS are always willing to remove guilt tripping posts.

-insert traced picture-
I drew my plumie, yay! o v o

    In this case, I would not reply to them. After finding picture that it was traced off of, I would ask whether or not they had permission.
    If they didn't have permission, I would report this to the moderators of CS. I would supply links to the culprit, both pieces of art, the original artist, and a screenshot of the original artist saying that the culprit did not have permission. Art theft is a serious crime, and I do not have the authority to deal with it.

Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

    -through PM-
    Our artists do their best to be unbiased. Please don't accuse our artists of being unfair. If you think they're biased, ask Charchar2 to see if she thinks they're being biased (please provide solid proof if you end up PMing CharChar). Otherwise, everybody has an equal chance of making the best form, so please don't complain.
    I am also willing to help you on your form, and critique it. Just PM me at any time, even if I'm already entered for the Plumie in question.
    I'd also like you to remove this post, please.

Yay, I love unicorns :"D

    -through PM-
    Please remove this post. It isn't really related to Plumerians, and ends up just spamming the topic.
    The image would be better off in your signature so everybody can see the fantabulous unicorn. c:

Why should you be a mod?: (past experience, how much time you have online, your personal moderating style, why you think you'd do well, etc ... Convince me!)

Well, as another artist for another adoptable, I have dealt with a few problems like this before. Though they weren't all extreme or anything like that, I know the basic to dealing with them. I'm actually quite active, I just don't post as often as I should. I'm more of the observing type of person rather then outgoing one. I just have a kinda hard time finding what to talk about. Though I do keep tabs on the fan club often.

I do like to try and help people, but more then often other people post before I can, so I just watch then happens before I interfere. And then give out warnings based on the situation and my understanding of it. I'm not actually /that/ strict, and prefer to just warn people rather then going to the extreme, but if needed too, I'll get serious.
Ironically, I don't really have much of a opinion on most things, aside from "That's cute." or "How nice." So, it would be a bit odd for me to warn based personal levels, and I don't actually that many friends on CS. So I couldn't be that bias on warnings and judging the situation. But I prefer not to upset people, but I'll what I can do for their actions and acting.

If you consider real life, I'm mostly the peacemaker of the group. A few have my friend's have /bad/ tempers, so I try to calm them down and talk them back into cooling down. Of course, I find out what the situation was and talk to them again. I'm generally successful in doing so, but my friend's are stubborn, so it happens again.

Sample Situations:
\\sorry I'm bad at these//

I liek these can I plz have a custom of my fersona rainbow sparkel

Well, custom are only reserved for staff and people who have earned them. If you go look in the rules on the front page, you can find it there. Perhaps you can enter a contest or raffle when Char's holds them and win one? Also Plumerians are all original [save for those who are themed] So it can't be one based of a OC or Fursona. Maybe you'll find one that you'll love as much as your fursona!
Plumerians also cannot be fursonas, as it says in the rules c:

Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

I'm glad you like them! But artist spots aren't open at the moment. You could wait for guest artists to open though :D

Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.
CRIES
You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;

Well, that was rude. In your case, saying things like that won't make you a good owner either. They won their plumie because they deserved it, not for whining after losing. You should look over your form and see how you could have improved it to win your next plumie. Guilt-tripping won't help at all, it'll actually decrease your chances at another plumie possibly.

But I do wish you look on any future plumies you go for. c:

-insert traced picture-
I drew my plumie, yay! o v o

[PM]
I search around a bit and saw the original picture.
It's a lovely picture, but it's also traced over. It's a little rude to the artist and more then likely upset them as well. No likes to be stolen from, right? I suggest you go and apologize to the original artist and delete the picture. You should also know that this is also against CS rules. You should remove it as soon as possible.

Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

Hey now, it's still have fair game. If you really want/love this plumie, then try your hardest. Artist chooses based off effort and love, not if the person is staff or not. It shouldn't be based off staff members. In contest, everyone one is the same, with the same goal to win. Right?

Yay, I love unicorns :"D

Well, unicorns are nice ovo
But your signature would be a better place to show off your interests and love. Posting it here would be spam, since it is not related to the topic at hand. Which are Plumerians. Maybe you can find the unicorn fan club instead?
Please don't do this in the future, otherwise you'll get a strike, which we really don't want to have to do.

Re: plumerian adopts ♥ #100! Nursery! Mod search!

Postby Doodles » Sun Jun 22, 2014 7:07 am

      Username: Doodles

      Why should you be a mod?
      Past Jobs
    • I previously worked a Moderator for Makoatls Proof of job
    • I am the proud co-owner of a species on hiatus called Balligons
    • I am the main owner/co-owner of a species on hiatus until sometimes probably 2015 called Koidyr

      Moderating Style
      I myself like to try and be the firm but somewhat tinder kind of person when it comes to Moderating. Im not afraid to step in and do what needs to be done, but I try to deliver it in a simple, straight forward way that wouldn't come off as rude, cruel, and biased to the user(s). I try to keep a lot of things private when it comes to moderating, instead of publically giving someone a warning as I know it can be embarrassing to the user on the receiving end. I do what I need to do, and get the job down. I don't stall or pull something out longer than it needs to be. I'm formal and try to keep a professional level when it comes to Moderating. However, I can be silly with users and friends publically. So while my Moderating 'rank' may sometimes bring out a stricter side of my I do my best to continue having fun with the users. I do by best to not let friendship/grudges/etc get in the way of Moderating. If it may cause problems (example a friend that I don't want to dish a warning to) then I would kindly ask another Moderator to step in, with of course an explanation/permission from you, charchar first.

      Activity
      I am online every single day, usually around 8-9 hours a day. Often plenty more, but of course I do have a life at times so a rough estimate being 8-9 hours. I am on from the moment I wake up until I fall asleep. Especially during the summer when I have nothing more to do than be on the computer. During the school yeah the hours are shortened a bit but because of us having Ipads at out highschool, and internet access I can usually jump on during school hours.

      Biased?
      Without hesitation if there was a situation that involved a friend or a user I have had problems with I would ask another mod or char to step in. For a few reasons, not just me 'not wanting to deal with it.' Firstly so nobody could claim it was dealt with on a biased level. As in, something was not given enough attention to, or something was given too much attention to. Secondly so the user in question could not/would not feel like they were being targeted. Just for precaution for everyone. I will not lie, in the past I have had problems with friends. However, that will not and never would effect how I would act and behave as a moderator. Contrary to what anyone may say. I would try my hardest to be an unbiased moderator for Plumerian's.

      Sample Situations
      I liek these can I plz have a custom of my fersona rainbow sparkel

      Firstly depending on where this was posted would depend on how I would respond and where I would respond. If it was posted on the main adoption thread (This page) I would respond to them on the main oekaki page. I would just simply reply with "We do not offer customs as of now, im sorry." Leaving it with that. It's simple, it's straight forward, and it gets to the point.
      If someone posted it on an adoption page, for example Plume #__ then I would reply to them through private message to first, kindly remove the message from the adoption page. Second I would again inform them that customs are not open to be made, sorry.
      Finally if it was posted on the fanclub I would respond to the same way as if it were posted on Plume #__, as it would both be considered spam and needed to be removed, but as well they would need to be informed that customs are not open. However I don't believe in moderating publically on a fanclub unless it is an announcement to all users. For example something is no longer allowed and a mass amount of the users need to know it.

      Oh man, I love these! Can I be an artist please?

      Assuming something like this would be posted on this page, I would reply with something like "Artist positions are currently not open; please do not ask." Once again it's short, simple, and get's to the point. Which is what I generally like to handle with/as. Then people don't get confused with a mass amount of words that pretty much all lead up to the same thing and would have been handled in one or two sentences at most rather than a paragraph.

      Well CONGRATS. I guess my whole form was a complete waste. I never win anything, the artists are biased against me.
      CRIES
      You didn't deserve this plumie. ._.;;

      Well, for something like this I would privately inform the user via PM. "Posts like this are not welcomed, as it can cause hurt feelings in regards to the winner. Especially if they think that someone feels they didn't deserve the Plume. Please refrain from posting messages like this on Plumes next time. I would please ask of you to remove the message from the oekaki, or edit it so that is not so harsh to the owner of the Plume." Getting to the point it doesn't drone on and on how it's rude or how they could be kinder. Depending on the severity of what they said an verbal warning/warning would have the possibility of being handed out. For example if the losing user of the Plume was harsher with their words. Likely in a situation like this, with permission I would hand out a verbal warning to the user to please not do it again.

      -insert traced picture-
      I drew my plumie, yay! o v o

      Firstly I would report the post, as traced art is not allowed on CS and im sure the mods would need to be informed of it. Secondly I would privately message the user giving proof of it being traced; and asking them to take it down. If they do not comply I will further discuss a warning with you, and let the CS mods handle the traced art rather then trying to reason with someone who might not be complying. If they comply and take it down then great! Less work for the CS mods, and a simply dealt with situation for everyone.

      Ugh well now that a STAFF entered I have no chance at this plumerian, they'll obviously win :/

      I would once again privately inform the user that comments such at this are not allowed. Then I would inform them that every user is and will be given equal chance to win a Plume. If a staff wins it just means they impressed the artist most. Just because a staff member enters a Plume competition does not mean they win, if you work hard and try your best there will always be the fair chance of you winning. If someone honestly felt the judge would be biased to the staff member, then I would tell them they could always ask charchar to possibly help with judging if it where to come down to the staff member being in the competition.

      Yay, I love unicorns :"D
      Image

      I would privately inform the user that posts like this were spam, and it should be removed from wherever it were posted. Simply done and said. I would ask that they take down the post and try to replace with something more relevant to the topic or just put -removed- in place of the post.

Blankets and me and you
We're running on perfectly wasted youth
I'll hold you close
We'll call this home tonight

And the fake tattoo that you drew on my arm
Had an X and an O
Never change who you are
Throw our hearts in the air
