Why do you want to be a mod for Goblin Gators?: Well, I would like to help out as a mod for y'all so I can help organize things into the archive/archive things. I like things in order and in where I can see them, so archiving seems like a wonderful thing to help you out with. ovo And I am more of a behind the scenes person that is always happy to help.
What would you say is your worst quality and why?: Hmm... My worst quality would probably be my anxiousness towards people? I get anxious around/with others sometimes, especially when I don't know what to do; so sometimes I might take around a day or so to answer (but sometimes I might be too anxious to answer? Like I might answer too fast, and it makes me feel awkward and I feel like I'm making that person awkward))

While both species are currently on a hiatus due to planning things for them, I hope to get them up and running soon. -I am such a dino, lol I didn't think owning a species counted as a mod position pppfff-

Why do you want to be a mod for Goblin Gators?: I feel as though I know enough about Goblin Gators to help out in the community and be there when people need me. I feel as though I could really help others and get to know the community better by helping out. I honestly think it would be nice to help update the archives or even just play some games with the community on the fan club. I don't think I've ever felt so connected to a species before in my life, so I'd be happy to help in any way I can!
What would you say is your worst quality and why?:
Like I stated above, I can't judge on my own as I end up finding too many forms worthy of winning, though when I judge with others I feel as though I can talk it out with the other judge and we can find what we believe is the best or worst points of a form.
I'm not sure if this would be bad, but I feel as though I can be too nice, but I sure know I can (try) to talk people into where they need to be, while I haven't done it here on cs, I sure know I can spot out when people are doing something they're not supposed to. But back to being too nice, yeah, I end up being too nice at times and often feel guilty for having to talk back to someone, but trust me, I can talk back when needed no matter how bad I end up feeling.

Would you be willing to help judge contests if an artist needs help?: Of course- I own and have worked for many adopts and I can guarantee I can judge a contest fairly and efficiently.

Have you posted on the fanclub or marked this thread?: I'm not entirely sure of either- I prefer to bookmark topics and I do not own my own GG so I never felt the initiative to post on the fanclub- however it, as well as this thread, are in my bookmarks.

How did you hear about us?: I found you guys near #50 via looking through the adoptable board but I didn't start trying out until recent due to time becoming much more free allowing me to tryout for and follow up on the species much more than I had before.

Why do you want to be a mod for Goblin Gators?: I would love to be a mod for Gobln Gators because I have loved and admired the species for quite some time and I have always looked up to the staff that works within the community. And helping out with the hings I love seems like the right thing to do and it would help me find a way to give back to you guys for all the wonderful things you all do here. Plus it also gives me something to do and a purpose for when I'm not busy (which trust me...is not often).

What would you say is your worst quality and why?: I don't like to promote self hate or highlighting one's flaw (as it' very, very negative) but to answer the question I think it would be my Social Anxiety. I often will not interact with others unless absolutely necessary however I do known that, if accepted, I'd have to over come this to speak with others. I'm fairly certain that will not hinder me in anyway.

How did you hear about us?: When I first joined CS ( about 7 months ago ) these guys were some of the first adopts I ever saw in the oekaki and fell in love!
Why do you want to be a mod for Goblin Gators?: I've been wanting to be apart of the staff to some of my favorite species, like these guys, but haven't found anywhere to join except here! I'd love to help around the community, and adopts, I know it would be really fun! These species are probably in the top two of my favorite species tbh XD just getting to help the staff would be awesome, since I know they're all very kind, and I'd love to get to know them more!

Well probably my anxiety towards failing something extremely important ? I know it sounds kind of weird but I feel like if I feel something that's really important I will accidentally destroy everything, I'm very clumsy tbh

Do you have any previous experience?:
Yes! I currently own and operate my own species, Novibats. I also am a Site Moderator for Kaylune, a virtual pet site. I recently applied to be Head Moderator for Kaylune and was interviewed over Skype. I have been a Moderator for other CS Adoptable Species like Fox-N-Key and fanclubs like the v1 Steven Universe Fanclub.

Can you use or have you used Google Docs before?: I use and have used Google Docs regularly for school, Novibats and Kaylune. I consider myself to be well-adapted to them and also use Google Sheets just as efficiently.

Would you be willing to help judge contests if an artist needs help?: Yes! Since I have experience judging competitions of my own with Novibats, I think I can lend that unbiased eye to Goblin Gators.

Have you posted on the fanclub or marked this thread?: ...I think I've done both? I try to keep up to date on current GG happenings, although I usually don't talk unless I have something to say. Since I am currently limiting myself on artwork, all I can really do is answer questions and provide them on the Fanclub, which I often forget to do...

How did you hear about us?: I don't remember... I think I discovered them maybe through Trollish's posts or maybe on my own, just browsing adoptable designs. Either way, I think I'll be sticking around!

Why do you want to be a mod for Goblin Gators?: I don't have enough creative time to be an official artist for this species but I still wanted to make a difference and help out somewhere, even if that somewhere is just being a moderator. I also have a lot of experience and I think that I could be a valuable member of the GG team.

What would you say is your worst quality and why?: Being argumentative. I will fight for whatever I believe is right and I do not like people talking about me behind my back. If someone accuses me of doing something wrong without talking to me directly first, that's just really disrespectful to me and to my integrity as an individual. I also tend to doubt myself and while I sometimes take initiative, if I am applying for a higher position than the one I am currently holding, I will have difficulty assessing whether or not I have what it takes to hold it until I actually get that position.

Do you have any previous experience?: No, not quite yet, but I do understand that a moderator is someone who keeps people in check and makes sure others follow rules. They also answer questions that another user might have, and are generally willing to help in any way they can.

What would you say is your worst quality and why?: I would say its my shy side. I'm generally an open and dnice person, but my shyness often gets in the way. I am working to improve on that, but it still gets in the way very often.
