You should PM the owners first before requesting a breeding an also you must wait for breeding slots to open and get both parents to PM Neara saying that you have permission not just state here that you Want one (;

To order a breeding you must keep an eye on the official thread to see if any artist is doing them. Also, you must ask the owners of the two DAMs you want to breed for permission and they must send the artist a pm that they agree if you get a foal or not. You can not request the color.
Right now, no artist is doing breedings tho.
