A long, slender dragon with powerful legs with five notches at the end of each. It has brilliant darker sea blue scales, It's wings are like a pair of sword fish fins, but larger and taller. They are sky blue and a lighter version of the darker sea blue. It has a long, slender but powerful tail. It's head is like that of lots of dragons, except it has an emerald right under it's eye. The other stuff you can decide, 'o powerful artist. *Bows* xD

Dragon's Ref: Ethevin is similar to Haku, from Spirited Away. An Asian dragon, wingless, with a soft gray body and an almost neon blue mane and whiskers. If you look up Haku, you'll know what I mean.
Otherwise, have fun with him! Add small, markings if you want or any accessories that fit him. Just don't put too much, as I'm a rather simple person.
