I've completed all of the tasks listed for level 0, so does that mean that I level up to level 1? also, are we in charge of keeping track of our leveling and such?

You have to go to the Archives here and link to proof that you have completed your tasks, then you'll level up. Dia is in charge of keeping track, you just have to post to level up so she can keep track in the archives.
