But guys, I'm really sick of seeing my JMDs abandoned. So, starting with these new lines, I have a new rule. After you have owned a JMD made by me for one week, I will search through your posts. If I don't find their name in there; for art, RPs, or something kind of active with them, I will not hesitate to put them back up for adopt and find them a better home. If you're going on a vacation or something right after you get them, why not commission art? Or just explain or make a post on the fanclub or just do something so that I know you aren't treating my JMDs like everyone else does, like baby toys that are fun to get but then are left on a shelf to rot.

Many persons may not think I'm active with my current JMD, but I am drawinh her and rp her in private with one of my friends.
What I am saying is:
Not everyone might have the pets to comission/order art, nor have the skill to do art themeselves. Maybe they're good at drawing, but not on oekaki?
I don't think the rules is bad, just that you might change it. Instead of takingthe JMD away, you might PM them instead?

Well it's not just art een though there are gift lines so commissions & drawing things yourself isn't the only option. It's RP's and even a simple introduction in the FC or the mention of him/her anywhere on CS. If you have suggestions or problems with the rule them please PM Char. However there is no obligation for her to change it.

That's not a fair rule to make. While you may be the design artist you cannot impose these rules onto people once they have won your design. For all you know they could be using the character in other ways.
