It is easier for apache to review all applications without quotations, otherwise she ends up reading forms multiple times which affects her speed on accepting staff, there have been many many applications, apache has to go through them a number of times anyway.

Have you modded before on an adoptable thread?: Yes. I have moderated on tons of threads before and I currently mod on Kadaj's Necro Daemons. I'm mature and I love helping out and keeping threads clean of unneeded talk.
Are you passionate about the idea of BiB?: Oh my, I think the Idea is simply magnificent and brilliant. I genuinly love the Idea. There are too many bland characters and it's time someone made a thread about making unique characters.
How active are you?: I'm on at the least 3 hours each weekday and on the weekends I'm on any time here and there 6 hours maybe more maybe less.

I didn't see a form for an artist, so, I'll just say a bit off the top of my head~
Eh, I feel small. o3o Seeing all those amazing artists up there on the list makes me feel like a little bug o3o
If you take a look at my gallery right now, you will see pretty much...Crap. XD I just got a Wacom Bamboo tablet for my birthday, and am still getting used to it. My pen pressure isn't quite working, and it annoys me XP but I have done a few sketches that have *cough*still horrible*cough* improved from my mouse art.
Actually, there is something weird about me - I feel more comfortable sketching with my tablet, then using the mouse to do the lining and most of the coloring. Yesh, I ish odd. XD But I do. I also feel like my designing skills have gone up, and I have never really been able to reach their maximum capacity, because, well, I'm afraid to. I do most designs for competitions, and I'm afraid if I go all out and crazy with colors and craziness, the competition holder will think the design is weird. o3o I would feel safe to do this here.
I love how the BiB makes people realize the Brighter side of life. It makes me think how many people look down on their lives, and how they need to keep their head up and know they are beautiful. It may sound corny, like something you would hear in a kids movie, but it really is true. We can really learn things from organisations (I almost put organisms there. Stupid science class o3o) like these. I thank you guys for doing this, and It would be an amazing experience doing this as well <3
