This is meant to be for first-timers! The rules are as follows-

At least one person involved in the dreamfusion must be dreamfusing for the first time! This means that someone who has already gotten a dreamfusion done before can ONLY get a slot if there is another person involved who has NOT dreamfused before! If this is the case, PLEASE specify who in the dreamfusion is getting one for the first time.

When paying for the dreamfusion, if there is only one participant, OR if both participants are first-timers, no payment is needed. If the dreamfusion is with one person who has already had a dreamfusion before + one first-timer, the payment is one horizon gem!
