All users will be able to keep their Novibats and the Fanclub here will remain open although I will not be around, for the most part.

Novibats may not, under any situation, be transferred to another species' lineart. This rule will not change. Users found transferring their designs to different species will be banned from Novibats.

All Novibat owners will have the ability to freely claim line transfers to the v3 lines for designs on a journal on the deviantArt group and these transfers, free or otherwise will be unavailable elsewhere.

Any art I owe that can be done outside of oekaki (agings) will be done on deviantArt.
Any Novibats that are owed as customs or runner-ups will be done on the v2 lines (the current lines on this oekaki).
Any Novibats that are going to be aged will be done on deviantArt.

ok so i changed my mind about moving novibats
i will, though, probably still make use of the dA group, once i've made a lineart in photoshop to use on that site from the oekaki here
