very good question ^^
the worms were ment to be fed to the juvenile... but I didn't say this...
so just think of the egg as a thing with tiny pores on it's surface. and through this pores it can absorb some nutritive substances from the worm.

But if you feel better with my original idea just spray the egg with some juices you can mix out of the things an adult Aegolius likes.

Both will work!

Pre ordering actually is possible but this time the slots are full until the next round of Aegolii are at least made...
SO... when the eggs, which are existing now, are grown up to adults I'll make the next four. and if they are done, you can preorder again ^^
