How often are you online?;; I'm online for around 6 hours weekdays and almost all day on the weekends unless something happens to pop up.
Someone is spamming! What do you say?;; {Not saying, but I would report one of the posts for spamming and request that the posts be deleted to clear the spam}. I would pm the user calmly and explain to them that spamming is breaking the adopt and forum rules, and that they need to stop. If they have any further questions or comments after posting, just edit the first post you made.
What would you do if you saw art theft?;; I would notify the artist immediately and make sure to steer clear of conflict.

Past modding experience;; On here all I've done is modded some small design adopts which I also owned, but I've modded threads offsite several times.
How often are you online?;; I get on everyday for about an hour or two during the week, and about 3 or 4 during the weekend. I'm homeschooled so I often get on during normal school and work hours.
Someone is spamming! What do you say?;; I wouldn't want to make a scene so instead of posting on the thread I would pm the person, give them a warning, and explain that what they are doing is against the rules. If they continued to do it, I would report them.
What would you do if you saw art theft?;; Art theft is a crime so if I saw that I would both pm the person and alert the mods of Cs.
Anything else? If your looking for an archivist I could do that c;

i'd probably send them a message along the lines of;

Hello [user],
We have noticed that you have claimed an image that you have not created that you have either; found online, or was created by someone else.
This is considered art theft and is against both the CS rules and Aphelio rules.
Please remove the image, otherwise you will get a warning.
If this was drawn by someone else, please credit them if you wish to keep the image there, or if this was from online, please ask the artist for permission before posting, otherwise you must immediately remove the image from your post.
If this message seemed directed at you or anybody else, please feel free to contact me privately about this.

How often are you online?;; Basically 24/7 however I disappear a little during exams.

What would you do if you saw art theft?;; Talk personally to the thief, not being rude and keeping calm. If I cannot deal with the problem by myself then I'll contact both the owner of the species and a site moderator.
Anything else?;; So... I might not sound very... how to say, formal. That is because I think treating things on a friendly way often gets better results then making a formal approach, as sometimes it leads to conflict since it does sound a little cold and like you're being scowled at by an 8th grade teacher. Anyway, other thing to add is the fact I'll keep everything in PM as there is no reason to publicly expose anyone xP

Past modding experience;; I've been a moderator for www.wolf-haven.com for about four years, but I've never done any thread modding on CS.
How often are you online?;; Every day; I usually use my phone to check for messages pretty frequently, but other than that I usually spend a solid 1-2 hours online daily.
Someone is spamming! What do you say?;; I would ask them to stop via PM and direct them to the thread rules (or CS rules, whatever is preferable). If the spamming became severe, I would give them a strike/warning (whatever ends up being set up), and if became too bad to deal with as a normal member, I would report them to CS staff.
What would you do if you saw art theft?;; I would PM the user with my evidence and I would ask them to remove whatever art they're using. If they refused to comply, I would report them to CS staff.

Past modding experience;; I'm currently an admin for Art Fight, and I moderated for this year's Art Fight. I wrote up a lot of rules and guidelines for the forums, and dealt with users who weren't following rules or had rude/inappropriate messages in their signatures.
How often are you online?;; I check CS every day, I usually have 30 min after school, more on weekends.
Someone is spamming! What do you say?;; "Hello, posting comments not related to Aphelios or posting repeatedly is against Aphelio's rules and CS's rules. It is unnecessary and will earn you a warning if you continue to do so."
What would you do if you saw art theft?;; It would depend on what happened, I would report the user who stole the art to the CS mods and PM them about it with possibly a warning/ban? I would then PM you (Panne) to make sure you knew about it, and check the consequences. Art theft can be a serious issue and should not be taken lightly.
