I'll just state a few answers here.
You do have to make your own lines, yes. Sorry, but after experiencing adding almost 300 people to my other lines, I've realised its too hard. You can get others to draw them for you, if you're not up to the job!
You may make a Starry then sell it, just not for real money. You may sell it for DA points or CS pets.

To save the trouble of adding or making thier own you could ask a mod to move it to Editable oekaki? I love these by the way and i want one!
