I have a suggestion for the tickets:
What if on the forms, there is a ticket # slot, so if there is an available ticket slot, they put the number of that slot on their ticket. That way us artist know who's ticket to complete, and it would be much easier to find those tickets by using the search bar, i.e. "Search: Ticket #3" and every one with that on there ticket forms will be seen and I'd know who's to do.

Just a suggestion, I thought it might be a good idea though^^
And you should also make it so only if that ticket slot is available they may write that number, so people don't only put a select artist down because they like their work and then that artist is overbooked.
