Question! If we believe a story we've written for an application for a Rune is too long, is it acceptable for us to upload it to another site, and post the link in the description?

For instance, my short story for the little Sunflower Rune turned out to be 2,700 words, five pages long. Is it alright if I upload it to GoogleDocs, and post the link?

My, that certainly is a very long story.
I am not the one judging for the Sunflower Rune, but we do ask that users keep their stories within a reasonable limit.
I see nothing wrong with giving a link to your form so you do not have to shorten it.

I believe you have already reached a more than reasonable limit. ^^'
Try your best at shortening as much as you can but I do not wish to limit anyone's creative writing skills.
Finish the story and just post a link to the long version in your form.

Oh, I know. x3 I just mean I was already trying to limit myself.
But of course I understand the judges not wanting to read a long story. That's completely reasonable.
I'll do my best to shorten it and will post a shortened version on my form, and give the judge(s) an option. ^^
