There are others who would want to be an artist and just aren't Kiley's friend. Where does it say there are "mods"?

Of course it's fair. Why wouldn't it be? Kiley is an artist and if she allows Silver to make Tempestines on her accoutn that's her business, and I trust her judgement.

Countless times have Lilian and Kiley stated that if any more talk about being an artist will end up in there not being an artist contest in the future. If you wanted to be an artist, and have a chance at being one, then I suggest not asking about it. And not only this, but those who talk about being an artist etc. will get a temporary ban; rule by Kiley a few pages back.

Sorry for being harsh, and/or for "god-modding", but I agree this is getting rediciulous.
