that particular example is saved for milestone adopts, and has recently been used as such! (rise 1600) the competition is still open for new forms if you're interested.

generally, all rise cats are realistically colored and can come with minor scarring/ripped ears. anything more than that is reserved for said milestones! this includes bobbed tails, curly fur, polydactyl paws, ect. there is a specific exception for blindness/deafness, where you may submit a form on the archive with the idea of people working to develop their character further. hope this helps!

This is a very large community, although I'm not sure how many artists there are. I thought mine would have been claimed around a week or two (more then 10 pages). There might still be people before you that haven't been claimed yet.
