Hello, I have a question ^^ I read the front page but didn't see an answer so here's my question; What's this I hear about you can't have certian names because their taken? I'm assuming you can't have a JBD named the same name as a previous existing JBD, but it there a list or somewhere so you know you won't have a name thats already taken? I'm super new to JBD's so please excuse my dumbness XD I juse want to have an idea of some names I can have because I see theres some JBD's where you just name it and you get it xD Thanks for any help, I'm really sorry if this has been answered before ^^;;

you can't use the same name as an already adopted JBD. And some people don't like it when other people use the same name they're using for an available one. Hope this answers your question.

You can have the same name as another JBD. Broccoli, and at least 5 other JBDs, share names with others c: The owner must approve first though. (two people can't enter for a JBD contest with the same name though) (sorry to post again Mordacious, just wanted to make this clear)

Ooe, I do not mean to spam... but in my contest I do not care how many of the same names I get for an entry... it just depends on if the name is already taken by an existing owned jbd c:

Is there a specific rule again the same name in a contest? I did not find one.. D:

how many feel the same name fits.. (like if I re-adopt a jbd out and allow the same name to be used) I feel anyone should be allowed to use it.. but whatever... o3o

Hush guys. It's already been quoted and answered many times, no need for more. ^^ But just to be clear, if you choose a name that is already taken, for your new JBD, you have to get the permission from the owner of the original named JBD. If they disapprove, you must change it. It may not be said in the rules, but it's an unspoken rule.

If a JBD goes for re-adoption, gets adopted and has his/her whole history/crush/name changed and they had a baby bean before they went up for re-adoption, what will happen to the babies? I would think they would cease to exist, but I hope not.

Or does nothing change?

My guess would be that the family ties would simply be cut. And the bean would simply go on existing as if it were not a second-gen.

Hopefully, those dragons who have stuck around actively long enough to breed, and who's owners care enough to have them get a mate, won't be put up for re-adoption. Or if they did, they'd want the mate/baby taken into consideration.

Hi JBD peoplez,

Just a quick question, if someone adopted a baby bean how long does it take for the little guy to grow up? And would the original artist colour in an adult/teen lineart after the said amount of time? Me curious after I've seen the nursery and some baby bean adopts.
