First off I want to apologize with those that were listed in the before message; I have removed their names for their privacy at this point and I hope those that saw the letter will give them peace of mind. These are still human beings; they live, love and make mistakes. Which I'm not ill prone to.

Aye; its a group of individuals that are currently rebelling making illegals offsite. I'm not disclosing who was part of this group as their privacy is needed. We are currently handling the situations but please remember while making illegals might seem fun; they can never be official members of the jbd community nor are they approved at all. We can't catch everyone but remember if we do find evidence of illegals associated to a member then they violate one of the main rules and the consequences can be severe.

Re-adopts can still be done after this closes, but if you want to give your bean away, you must ask me first and you must create and judge your own contest. I apologize if I don't answer quick. I don't get on CS that often anymore, if you haven't noticed.
Second, all users can keep their existing beans as long as you credit me for creating the species. It's really simple. Don't make me mad, okay?
Also, I guess agings can still be done by artists who created the beans, if they're ok with it.

I recently heard about this huge mess involving certain people and "illegal" jbds. I remember I told certain users they could rp illegal beans just for fun, as long as they didn't make it public and kept it to themselves. I know it's not really fair, but I told them it was ok, so stop being so harsh about it. I don't mean to sound awful right now, but staff, come on, aren't you taking things too far? Let them keep their beans, geez. It's not like they're breaking the law.

I'll add more to this post as I come up with stuff. I still have lots of thinking to do.
