Customs aren't freely offered to the public. ;o; You have to either buy a custom token in the RPW store with paint gems (earned from events), or directly win one from an event. This thread is also not the current thread, the new one can be found here. ;o;

RPW Gift Art Exchange

After talking with Raven, we decided to do the gift art exchange YEAR ROUND as a way for everyone to earn PG while doing something nice for other community members. If you would like to receive gift art, you must post a form so that everyone knows they are allowed to use your RPWs.
