Nope. You're not allowed to make your own period, even on your own lines.
Not sure what you mean by "consideration," the artist competition isn't going on or anything?

for now, the artist section is a wip as I move a few people around and add a new section

I'm adding a new kind of artist for the current ones that have less time: pop-in artists
They still have privileges of full artists, but they'll only pop-in every once in awhile.

Ohmygod I think I've had a stroke or something.
