i know you lowered the pairing time for the grown adult kias so people may have babehs ... what about the current teens/babies, would you concidering lowing the growing rate down from a month so that the people in trying to get one though the bubbles may be able to apply to have they own babies? c:

I would imagine so, but I suppose that's somewhat up to you. I would say that they would likely not have all feathers on both sides, since the feathers are a mark of adulthood and *usually* given to the kias by their family.
As far as the paw feathers go, you're correct with that assumption, but as far as the feathers that you cannot see from the left side....I'd say it's mostly up to you within reason (if I'm wrong Apple can correct me xD)

No. Apple already lowered the growth limit down to a month for people. If she kept making concessions then pretty soon babies would be grown and breeding within days and we really do not want that. Frankly this is not supposed to be an adopt that's based on breeding. Kiamara's are meant to be characters, not baby factories, so the need for everyone to "breed their kias" is honestly a little alarming xD

Nope, when Kiamara's close that means that no new Kiamara's will be made.
Since a Kia being born counts as a new Kiamara it also qualifies under the closing. Meaning that no, Kiamara's will not be able to produce offspring after the adopts close unless something changes which is unlikely.
