would i be allowed to run an unofficial 'development december' event where i post prompts for people to complete and gain raffle tickets towards a grand prize? (of a myo or art or smth, i haven't decided yet)

if a nursury artist closes raffle slots and never posts who they've rolled, are we allowed to post forms for other artists if they're open/announced, even though we did for the previous one?

we ask that you do not post another ticket until the rolls have been posted, though if it is taking longer then a day or two feel free to contact the artist or a staff member to speak with the artist about their rolls ^^

you are free to run your own small event if you wish as long as it doesn't break any community guidelines ! ^^

welcome to the community!
to adopt a kalon, click on one of the adoptables on the front page and see if the competition is open. in the main post, there will be details about the contest and how to win. each contest is different and each artist will judge based on different things, which will usually be detailed in the contest guidelines. most contests involve filling out a form, with the form with the best idea, art, or writing as the winner. it just depends on the specific adopt! if you're unsure of what to do with your forms, you can take a look at some finished competitions and see what the winning forms look like to get ideas.

runner ups are sometimes awarded, as well as honorable mentions, which can be collected and redeemed for custom adopts. in the main post of this thread, under the header image, there is a directory of links to the various kalon threads, such as the fanclub, nursery, and customs threads. i suggest taking a look at the fanclub to see what everyone's up to! i hope you find something you like and i wish you luck in winning an adopt!

Howdy, I got a big question for you guys that leads into a few more smaller questions!

Is there a reference list of existing odd/unique traits that have been confirmed to be legendary/retired/having their rarity changed/or are rarity sensitive due to to the size of the edit + severity of it?

I'm mostly asking because
1= it would be pretty helpful to have a log/google doc like this for people who are searching for similar or identical traits for breeding purposes (it would be wise to exempt the winged trait and the mer-traits though, as there's a huge amount of kalons with those legendary traits!!)
2 = there's some weird discrepancies in the rarity of feather growths, where an older kalon with feather growth edits on his shoulders, hips and ears had them considered as rare edits; while the most recent feather edit I saw was considered legendary. I am aware that the extent, severity & location of the feather growths are very important to the rarity level somehow, but it would be nice to know where that fine line between the rarities is.
I am aware of two currently existing legendary MYO's who both have unique legendary feather growths that are counted separate from their wing edits; (I actually own one of them, which is why I'm asking about this!) but it would be kinda nice to what exactly is up here honestly, as it's pretty vague at the moment!!
