Uhm, hey, I was wondering, I'm having trouble finding a Kia up for adoption. Are they all already adopted or am I just not looking hard enough.

I'd really like to use my curling iron on my Kiamara Ashia, and I've tried PMing apple a couple times (since she was the original artist), but I haven't ever gotten a response and I've not been added to her reference. Who should I talk to in order for me to use it?

This has been answered many times throughout here and on the kiamara's ask page. If the original artist is too busy, just contact another artist that is open until one is available to help you... unless what you are hoping for is doing it yourself? If that is the case, just PM any of the staff that are accepting PMs and let them know.

How often can vary from person to person, but there is a kia at least once a week. Sometimes more, but at least one is produced for adoption once a week.
