personally, i think reserve posts should always be allowed. if an adopt has a page limit and i really want the bean, but didn't have the time to fill the form out, i would reserve it so i get a chance at winning... but most adopts don't allow reserves...

The thing is-- some users will post a reserve and then never use it, and then a load of other people will miss out on a bean because of wasted reserve posts that just added onto the count to the closing page. I am not pointing any fingers, though we know what a few bad apples can do to the group ;w;

Regardless, rules in a JBD competition will always be up to the artist-- that won't change.

Although I agree sometimes on this, I would rather see that there be filled out forms for
a bean that I wish I could've tried out for than a bunch of ''reserve'' posts on it that never
get finished at all. The staff has good intentions, and if you miss out, it just wasn't meant
to be. That's how I look at it. <:

I was on my tablet and my mom wouldn't let me go on the computer and i cant paste forms on my tablet so i reserved. Then i got disqualified. I really wanted that bean. But guess what? i got disqualified.
