Its a special prize won during LoC events that enables one to claim an adoptable LoC withut having to create a form and compete for it. For example, there is an LoC up for adoption that i really want, but dont want to wait, so i can use my handy dandy claim token to claim it immediately as my own.

A claim ticket is something won in either a game or through an event that allows to to claim a lion under the regular adopts or revamps(should it be eligible for claims) without having to apply in the contest.
