I don't think we are aiming to be that specific with the different stages(as in mm/dd/yyyy age)
They are whatever you see them as, may it be baby/teen/adult, as long as it doesn't back track and abides by the aging requirements.
However, if they are going to be classified as a teen, then they should remain in the teen lines until they are considered an adult.

If I'm wanting to put my bean up for re-adoption or gift it the rules say to contact a mod, but should I contact someone from the mini-mod list or the artist who designed the bean? Thanks~

I too, am wondering this, since I know that some of the people listed as a Mini-mod on the front page are not authorized to oversee readoptions or giftings. Perhaps it would be helpful to include the official 'Admin' list on there, which features the people to contact in the event a gifting is occurring.
Also, if someone could please contact me about a gifting, that would be wonderful. c:

Unfortunately it is difficult for us to alter things on the front page as only a few have access to the posts there, so we cannot oversee that very often. : (

However, I would suggest contacting the artist in this case. Though as our contacts are all very close together our artists ask the rest of the mod and artist team for advice on these things. It doesn't matter too much who you contact - either the artist or a mod/admin is very much appropriate. : ) We'll get your request.

Could you guys to an "impress me" JBD?
Were maybe it didn't matter how much art or how good it looked but just what is in the form? like a good story? Or just say that it has to have a better story than anything else. I am sorry to spam but the ask.fm doesn't work and i have to sign up to the JBD website to post.. But i am a real writing wiz and i would like a chance to prove it, without having to worry about my art or how pretty my form is. Because i find myself worrying about every little detail except the text and it does get really difficult. thanks for hearing me out.
