No, they're is no customs unless you become a guest artist. And rules on the front page state not to whine that you didn't get one. Better luck next time.

The only ways to get a custom is to become a GA and create one for yourself or being a helper/mini-mod, although others have gotten theirs from friends, this is not the usual way to get customs.
Not all JBDs need forms; some are just you pick a number, and the closest one to the judge wins! It really depends on the artist, but usually you're in for a "battle". x3
