If you get a bean that is not fully grown, are you allowed to make custom horns or add YFS of some kind as it grows?

Normally if its not given a YFS by the artists then it will grow normally like any other bean. YFS A also means that they won't grow in horns and is actually pretty common. For the others you could ask the artist on keeping your bean one of the others; though that will me it will be stuck as a teen/child and should be taken seriously before making that decision.

Hi Guys

I created a RP thread over on the fanclub as a place for members to RP their Beans with others regard-less of age (I noticed an apparent lack in active RPs :c). This is also a RP which incorporates non-owners, I know the difficulties of not being able to contribute or be apart of the fanclub, to compensate non-owners can RP a human character until a first bean is won ^^

If this generates enough members and interest I'll consider creating a CS version since I know there are a lot of JBD owners who can't join the Fanclub.

To avoid spam and discussion please PM me with any questions, feedback, ect. I really would like to know what you think of the RP's setting and purpose.

Can someone give me more info on some of the retired beans that non-owners can rp with? I believe Candycorn and Rainbow [the bean on the front page] are retired.

If I'm wanting to put my bean up for re-adoption or gift it the rules say to contact a mod, but should I contact someone from the mini-mod list or the artist who designed the bean? Thanks~

1. When trying out for a bean is it okay for you to draw hair in your entry art (if the bean doesn't already have hair)? Also how long/big can the hair be? Do you need permission from the artist first to tryout for the bean with a hair edit that isn't already there?

2. Also, can people draw items/hair on the ref of an adopt they're trying to win (as like a temp ref until the win the bean)? I've seen people do it before but I don't know if they've ever gotten in trouble for it since it technically could be considered drawing over/on someone elses art without permission.

Sorry for the questions, I read the front page but they didn't answer these specifically. Some stuff was similar but not exact.

1. Nope, because then when you get the bean, you'll be dismayed because you can't have the hair. You can't get permission form the artist either.
BUT if you do anthro art, do all the hair you want, that's even encouraged!

2. You should ask permission from the artist first.

When doing try out art, can you draw pictures with an OC or a sona holding hands with the bean?
Or like with that OC and Sona doing stuff together like friends?
Almost like fan art in a way? Sorry if this confusing ^^;
