I hope this isn't spam... But when will GA's open?

This weekend would be GAs, but as froggy hasn't got around to judging any other rounds so I would assume it will be skipped over again.
I'm not completely sure about skipping it this weekend but that happened last time.
someone else really needs to judge them I get froggy is busy but dont chew me out for this but the time its been held off is a tiny bit ridiculous :c sorry

Design? Is it like it's fur design? If so, can you make it look as though he is wearing two shirts, a short sleeve black t-shirt and a long sleeved red one c: May his back legs look robotic and be this color? Also, can he have light blue spots on his legs and neck? If so, can there be three per leg, and quite large? c: Also, can there be little spots on his cheecks like freckles? and maybe his eye looks robotic? I understand if not, but if you can i will add another rare to my payment since i am asking for so much
