Could we still trade pets for myos??
I traded up for a pet I could get a common MYO with but now that it's changed I feel like I've wasted time, and was just wondering if there would be any chance?

Buying MYOs/items for pets is still available !! It may be worded a little confusing but this is still absolutely an option for you! On the shop there is a link to a thread called "How Much is This Worth in C$" all you have to do is find your pet[s] on that thread [or the tier they belong to] to see what the C$ worth is and add onto your trade with other rare/very rare pets to equal the amount of C$ [250C$] for the common MYO!

In regards to the CS shop, are you capable of combing both pets and CS as payment? Are you allowed to use overpay to purchase another item. Say, for example, you purchase an unlimited rare and under with pets ( totally to 3055 chickensmoothie dollars ) and have an overpay of 1180, are you capable of using that overpay to purchase another item within that price range? As well, would you be capable of using that overpay as an addition to purchase something above the overpay price range ( i.e. if you want to purchase another unlimited rare myo using overpay and an additional payment of pets totaling to the 695 difference? )

It would just fall under the singular "Wings" trait, as we've had a few Kalons in the past with dual set of wings. c:

That would be correct, if you are including any pets in your payment at least one must be from the mentioned list c:

Combined payments are allowed!

So long as you mean all in one payment then the answer is yes. If you have an "overpay" compared to what you what you may add in a few items to lessen it. However if you send over pay and it is accepted and verified you can not come back later with a separate trade and ask to use the over pay from the precious purchase to cover anything you may be lacking.
