I would like to say no because it might get confusing to associate who is who on ask.fm. Personally I only see it as a place where petty questioned can be asked and re-asked so spam doesn't clog up the thread.
Just re-pm the admins, or if its about hair/tiny edits/ etc, pm the moderators... All of the staff can get into contact with each other, and it will get looked at one way or another.
