Is anyone else still having problems posting cats?

I think I'll put in the Artist Application how to make the cats save. That way, our new artists shouldn't have many troubles.

I know how to save and post them but when I click on the "Save" box to save and post nothing pops up and it freezes so I have to refresh the page.
