Long post ahead, as I'm here to stick all of the chats in one place.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can be banned from the fanclubs, or kicked from the chats (temporary bans). This does not mean that you will be banned from the species-as far as I know, you cannot lose your beans by misbehaving on here. The staff do have the right to issue warnings about behavior, kick from the chat, and ban, should you fail to follow the rules. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or other rude behaviors.

The Hangout is the place most often frequented by JBD staff! This includes all of the nursery artists. Any bean related questions may be answered the most quickly and most accurately on here. It is moderated by both official JBD staff and users who were chosen to help staff (I'm one of the chat mods), so hopefully any disputes may also be quickly resolved. This is run by LadyMasquerade, and questions should be directed to her.
You can seek mates, RPs, and art on here, or just chat! Most adoptions ask that you have a hangout account, so it's worth checking out.

This, much like the hangout, has both user staff and artist staff (I'm a chat mod there too >v<). The only difference here is that mild adult content (to an extent) is permitted on the chat. Think of the 18+ forum for CS, and that's about what it is. More adult themed conversation/RPing (fights, drinking) are allowed, but it is still moderated to make sure nothing goes too out of hand. It's also a place most people go to work out their differences, as fewer members are there to add fuel to arguments or debates. Polar should be contacted for questions there. nvn

This chat does not have official JBD staff as staff, and is not moderated outside of sammich's supervision. If anything happens here, please be aware that the hangout staff cannot do anything about it. This has more of an unmodded Skype chat atmosphere, except those without Skype can always access it.
