I have questions.
- If we are able to adopt one of these cyxes, do you attempt to put rules and restrictions on the users who then own them? Are they treated more like lent designs or owned ones?
- If someone already has one of these designs adopted and ends up getting blocked, what happens to their cyx?
- What if a cyx owner leaves ChickenSmoothie, and wants to take their cyx with them?
- In regards to MYO, I assume that means "Make Your Own" right? What if you can't use oekaki and you don't have (or potentially don't want) a toyhouse account?
- How to rarities relate to MYO cyxes?

okay! ^-^

1. they are treated as owned designs. This will depend on each artist and if they have TOS those are to be followed regarding their designs. However currently the only restriction the designs carry is that they cannot be transferred OUT of the species. We won't stop you from drawing them in other forms of course, but it will prevent you from being able to transfer them into species that require proof of permission. Along with them never being removed from the archive and forever considered a Cyx.
2. if someone already owns a design from a user they get blocked from that cyx will remain theirs, nothing would be done in this case. They would not be able to purchase any future Cyx that are made by that artist.
3. a Cyx owner could absolutely take that cyx with them should they decide to leave chickensmoothie! The Cyx would remain in the archives under the user's old ID when the account goes cold. However, without being able to access the archives the cyx would not be able to be traded/sold/gifted to other users without very clear evidence that this is the case, and the new owner would more than likely end up getting denied their ownership.
4. yes MYO stands for Make Your Own, any off-Oekaki cyx are required to have a TH page. This can be uploaded by any user but must be done or the MYO would be denied.
5. Rarities currently just affect the cost of the MYO, and limit the amount of edits able to be used

Okay, thank you! That clears up a whole lot. Also does that mean that, if needed, would I be able to ask one of you who run the cyx to upload a MYO to Toyhouse for me?

Yes absolutely ^-^ I do also tend to have a bunch of spare codes for anyone who might need one and would like to have a TH account

I guess. Joining TH has mostly been something I've been on the fence about, for a few reasons. I've given it and its tos a good look-over though, seems solid enough. I'll PM you.
