Always searching for artists, really. But I’d like to get a few mods in first if I can.

I’ve never been a mod before, what does it entail? I’ve been thinking of trying out for severel different species but decided artist would suffice.

EisHawk: In short, a mod will be responsible for making sure people follow the rules, calming down any arguments and sorting out issues that some members may have. They are also responsible for checking if these lines are being sold elsewhere and/or for real currency. With that said, it’s a bit of responsibility and a mod has to be mature about how things are handled. You must also be active, because there’s no point in inactive moderators.
It’s also about answering people’s questions and helping members out if they’re unsure as to what or how to do something. So it’s not all about telling people off :3

Reason for wanting the position: I want this position because I wish to try out moderating. I have lots of free time but don’t know what to do with it, and this could be a good use of it.
Experience: I have no prior expirence to being a moderator, but then again, there is a first time for everything.
A member is causing drama by insulting other members, what do you do?: It would depend on the exact situation. If the other members are replying I would privately PM them to tell them I have the situation under control, and that I need them to stop responding to the trouble maker. If they don’t listen they may get a warning before possible punishment. After asking the members to stop responding to the troublemaker I would PM the troublemaker with a warning and based on the severity of their drama a punishment. I would ask the troublemakers and others to delete their posts and move on.
A member is spamming artists, asking for customs, what do you do?: It would depend what you mean by spamming. If they keep on posting different requests I would ask them to compact all of their requests into one post, and warn them that if they do it again they might possibly get a punishment. If you mean they are bugging an artist, like spamming the same exact request or bugging the artist if it was done yet I would PM them, asking them to stop, and giving them a warning. If they continue they will not be getting another warning, just a punishment. I find that very unacceptable. Of course, I would ask them to delete the messages that were clogging up the forum.
