`Is there any rules regarding breeding openings/numbers ect. , or can you just order whenever if you have the item?

I really want the OYY to be treated as characters, so the breeding and children should only be happening if your Oni loves another Oni and are in a relationship. (Like real life events I guess.)
There could be some breeding done when the Onis aren't married, but there should be at least a wait of a 1month so that the Onis could develop their relationship in that period. (Through roleplay or simply mutual agreement if the owners are too busy to rp.)
