Yes it's true, unfortunately Chippy is our mascot so no one can really own him except for the creator of Chubs c: if you would like either me or Inner Animal could make you one with similar colors though^^

I will most likely PM random Chub fans whenever it is time for a new one (: I am going to try and choose a new guest artist each week until I decide on some permanent artists, which I may or may not do. So to answer your question, I will PM people^^
