i'm really really sad that these are leaving. i really wish i could have
found a mate for azrael and potentially diavold. i'm sad that attila
and her guy won't be able to have kids at all. THEY WOULD HAVE
BEEN SO ADORABLE ;-; maybe we could keep the nursery open like
JBD's? but limit the pair to like 2 breedings? or one breeding with
twins? man this really sucks major monkey butt. they were literally
the only reason i ever came on this website. i'm glad i gained my
children and will love them as long as i can.

i'm truly sad to see this species die.

while i don't agree with you just up and leaving the community with a punch to
the gut like this, I respect your opinion.
this species is really one of the only things that has kept me on this website. the community was
very well kept when the species first opened, little drama and a nice production rate. unlike
species that have been on cs prior, and are now on deviantart, each design actually had effort bestowed
upon it, and it wasn't just some 30 minute scribble that someone hoped to gain fame and monetary gain off of.

while the #00's weren't the long contests and extremely original ideas I would have liked to seen,
they were handled very well and judged nicely. i am very sad, however, that you didn't post #800 as a parting gift.
it would have been a nice thing to end the species off with, instead of just snapping the cords at 799 and leaving
it as that.

i've made so many friends off of the community, and i'm glad that plumerians even existed, they could have never
been opened, and what an opportunity would have been missed! it's just so heartbreaking letting this all sink in. i am,
however, glad you are letting us keep our plumerians with us. and thank you so much for not allowing species
transfers. if somebody is upset that their plumerian can't breed anymore, let them give it away. as bad as I feel saying this,
the closing of the species is seriously going to cancel out anybody who was just in the species to hoard it and
farm edits.

i hope you don't get too much backlash from closing the species honey.
again, thanks for hosting it for so long, i truly appreciated it while it lasted.

since there will be no more adopts being released, please be vigilant of scammers, beggars, and whiners.
i've honestly seen it before, people will bully people into giving away closed species just because their own chances
at winning one were greatly reduced.
just because you are friends with someone, or 'know them' DON'T EVER feel like you are obligated to give
them your plumerians!
please guys. don't make a decision you'll regret.

oh wow i really didn't expect this so soon. i knew they would probably close eventually but it just seemed like the community was still so active and invested i didn't think it would happen now.
i'm really disappointed in myself that i didn't become a part of this community earlier as you guys are all so nice. also kinda sad i didn't get a chance to have any children of my plumerian. and please don't think that just because someone was upset that their plume won't be able to have children that they were just looking to hoard the species. i'm sure lots of people would've liked to have their character mate and develop and one day have children, and they're just sad they didn't get that opportunity, whether or not they chose to keep the children.
if you are willing to i'd love to see #800 as one last hurrah? i would understand if you wouldn't want to though. i guess we'll just have to respect your decision even though we're sad to see this species and yourself leave. i wish you the best in whatever you go on to do.

Hey guys since there's a lot of questions and Char is busy I'm going to try and sort through some, however if Char strictly wants only herself to answer questions I'll delete this. o:

Since Char has already stated the rules are still in place that means the limit still exists, it is very unlikely that it will be raised as well. ^^;

A bit sad, but this center definitely had a good run! c: Glad my only ship got to have two kids too hah! <3
Thank everyone for everything you did here, even though I was never a big part in anything, I like my group of plumies. XD

While JBDs did have the nursery open, again she is wanting to end on a high note for the species. Keeping the nursery open would only just drag it on which isn't her intention! :c

I know I'm not Char so I won't blame you if you want answers from Char instead, however I like many other staff have been in contact with her so it's clear how she feels about this!

It's really nice that see that so many people are supportive of Char's decision though! You guys are awesome. <3

ahh man this really hit me hard. I've been with the species a little over a year now and I still remember the night I won my first like it was yesterday, or the morning I won Addison. I'm really grateful for everything you've done and being part of the legacy you'll leave behind on CS is the best I could ask for.
I probably won't be very active on CS anymore since I only really stayed for this species and WMEs, but with one on hiatus and the other closed all I have going for me is a Buttermilk and some Tolters so I guess I'll be around for those?
all I can do is find my way into another popular species in the future and hope I can meet some of the old members and reminisce over Plumerians.

Keep your eyes peeled for a future Addison readopt, as it may happen since I haven't connected to her as much as I'd like to recently.
