This year simas have been led to an old remote mining village, tucked neatly into an alcove off the side of a mountain rich with gemstones and minerals. This village has various high-altitude trees and shrubbery but is otherwise barren. Old houses are built both into the mountain and freestanding in whatever stable terrain is there. This mountain once flourishing with all sorts of rare materials, has been completely stripped of it's resources. Many former villagers have left: some, for a more profitable place to live, others to escape the bad memories.

The remaining residents of this village have been plagued by a strange curse. Some suspect that when prospectors stripped the mountain of it’s valuable resources and left. They angered something. And now, years later these residents seem to be afflicted with a strange curse. Residents seem to have crystals sprouting from their bodies, and claim that friends and families have gone missing.

Fights have broken out, and people claim that they have seen a sima roaming around the village at night. Some claim they see silver, others claim they see gold. Both sides have claimed that the sima they saw is spreading the curse, but others say they haven’t done anything. No one can agree, and we need you to figure out what is going on!

as more and more individuals are flocking to this old village, whatever haunts this place is becoming more active, vehemently cursing more and more simas. the villagers are growing more restless, and some are beginning to pack their bags as whispers spread of something coming......
