Attention everyone!!!!

I was given the okay by everyone to set up a mateship archive to keep track of all the mates in the rpw community.
This is a great idea to keep track of relationships and to further find illegitimate breedings in the near future.
and I need help!
I can find mate announcements on the fanclub, however, some wolves have gotten a divorce over the course of two years, so i need to know the updated status of all mates / dating / lovers / whatever..

I need everyone to pm me your mated wolves and when they became mates
So I can set up the archive easier, and it would really help a lot <3

Experience;; I am a Rp Mod for Soturies, and a Newbie Helper for WoI (I'm Alkyone & Ramses), I have been for quite a while now. On woi I help welcome people and on Soturie I monitor rps and make sure they are placed right and be sure they are closed after a certain point and I also ensure no one breaks rp rules. I also help with events there sometimes.
Active?;; Most of the time yes, if I have something needing to be done i'll get it done. Only time i'm not active is like one week a year total and it won't be like all at once, just i miss a day here and there nwn
Reasons;; Well I really like nurseries and i tend to look at a lot of the tickets and stuff anyway because i'm curious and i like to see when my fav. ships post a ticket you know? Plus i love to organize, most of the time. Also I enjoy helping and although I'm somewhat new to the community I want to dive right in, I usually pick up on things pretty easy, and I never want to be rude or overstep my bounds. The nursery is a nice organized place and I think it would do well with a few helping hands to be sure nothing goes wrong. I have a few ideas as well. So if someone's ticket wasn't done and forgotten they could pm one of us, so it doesn't bother the artist and someone knows, they could use a form with link to proof and such and with Zuppe's idea of a Mateship archive there could be a nursery archive, a way to keep track of the times each one breeds and maybe the artist post each breeding they do on the fanclub when they post so that no one misses any? Just some ideas to toss around and such.
Examples;; I can't go into specifics and what not, but take, say a couples rp, that hasn't been used in forever and I would lock it so that it brings attention to those who've posted on it, and when they wish to reopen it, i do so. And say the rp was accidentally posted under 1x1 instead of family or mates, i'd move it where it went.
If some rule breaker went into too graphic of details or said something that broke the rules in an rp i'd have to remove it and tell them why and give them a strike or warning.
When I welcome people I inform them about the site Woi has and explain the rps and different things about the species and such. With the last litter I welcomed 3 new members which is big for woi!
Plus if they have any questions or need anything I'm a mod to go to on woi. So if they weren't sure how to announce a mate-ship or enter an event I would help with that, and explain the necessary steps.
